Terms of service
The service
AskedSEO (askedseo.com) is published by Vincent Forat, a sole trader (micro-entreprise) registered in France under SIREN 910 555 010. It gives you a free audit of how a website appears in Google and in AI answers, and paid plans for ongoing tracking and articles.
The free audit
The audit is free and needs no card. We may limit the number of audits per person or per site to prevent abuse.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. The price you see when you choose a plan is the price you pay. You can cancel any time.
Prices include any tax that applies to your purchase.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then stops renewing. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
After you cancel, your account and your audits stay available, and articles already published on your site remain yours. To delete your account and its data, write to hello@askedseo.com.
No promise of results
Rankings and AI answers depend on search engines and AI providers we do not control. We do not promise a ranking, a citation or an amount of traffic. Results produced with AI can contain mistakes, so check them before you act on them.
Your site and your content
You must own the site you submit, or have the right to ask for an audit of it. You are responsible for what is published on your site.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or send automated requests to it without our written agreement.
Liability
We run the service with care, but we provide it as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, lost traffic or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
If a dispute arises, write to us first so we can try to settle it. If we cannot, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless the law gives a consumer the right to go to the courts where they live.
